Shipping Information:

At Veervastra, we provide free shipping to our customers located anywhere in the country.

We typically ship orders within 24 to 48 hours of receiving them. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within the next 3 to 5 business days.

We ship our orders via reputed courier service providers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc. In case our courier partners do not provide shipping facility for prepaid orders, we dispatch them via another courier service.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of placing it, please contact us at info@veervastra.in.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Due to factors that commonly affect shipments, such as weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times.

Currently, we do not fulfill orders for shipping addresses beyond the boundaries of India, and we reserve the right to cancel those orders.

Important Notice:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

Veervastra is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charges that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country prior to ordering. We are not responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your pincode and:

• The customer refuses to accept the package
• No attempt is made in the pincode of destination to deliver the package

Veervastra reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
