Return & Exchange Window

We have a 3-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange through the portal will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact our support team immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges with no additional charges.

Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 7–10 working days.

Return Fee

A nominal ₹50 return handling fee is charged at the time of submitting a return request. This fee covers reverse pickup and processing costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically credited within 3–5 working days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
